What These Sessions Are
Each month we explore a different theme using journaling prompts and evidence-based emotional skills so you can live your life more clearly and confindently.
Topics include:
- emotional awareness → “understand what you’re feeling before it spirals”
- boundaries → “say no without guilt”
- cognitive distortions → “notice unhelpful thought loops faster”
- self-compassion → “recover more quickly from setbacks”
- values and identity → “make decisions with more confidence”
These sessions are not therapy. It is a peer space to be brave, share where we are and receive community support. In these sessions, we hold space for each other.
What Happens in a Guided Session
When you join, each workshop includes:
Guided Journaling
Thoughtfully designed worksheets to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
Skill Exploration
Tools inspired by psychology and communication to help you understand and regulate emotions.
Optional Sharing
Participants can share reflections in a supportive environment or simply listen.
